Investing for the future of macadamias
After a positive result in 2019 followed by strong sales and crop volumes in 2020, we are investing in our factory in Gympie to increase our macadamia value adding capability.
The half a million dollar upgrades currently underway will more than double our roasting capacity, with vastly improved margins and efficiencies, and allow us meet the strong demand from our customers.
Loyal Suppliers to SGM Shareholders

NOW RECRUITING FOR 2024 MACADAMIA SEASON
Suncoast Gold Macadamias is an Australian, grower-owned, wholesale macadamia processor. We produce high quality macadamia products right here in Gympie for our customers in Australia and around the world.
We have seasonal casual roles in our factory including:
- Process Workers in our raw sorting lines, packing area, and value-adding area.
- Nut In Shell Receivals team – assisting in receiving bulk deliveries and grading processes.
- Night Cleaning team – industrial/commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Cracker Room team – equipment and machinery knowledge preferred.
Ability to work to orders and deadlines, work well within a team, attention to detail, cleanliness and record keeping skills a must.
Some industrial/food processing, experience or transferable skills would be an advantage.
Training Provided.
💰 Casual rates. Rotating roster with AM and PM shifts available including penalty rates.
🛣 Location- our facility is based just off the highway in Gympie, close to town, commutable distance to the Sunshine Coast.

We are excited to receive our first loads to the Suncoast Gold factory in Gympie this week from long term shareholder and supplier in Bundaberg, Natara Produce.
