This information is important for the health and safety of all staff, suppliers and contractors using the SGM NIS Receivals area. These guidelines are vital in upholding our food health and safety standards and to ensure the smooth running of the Receivals area for the benefit of all involved.
FERTILISER AND SOIL ADDITIVES RECORD TEMPLATE
Approved Suppliers must keep adequate records on application of all fertilisers and soil additives. This template can be used to help keep records for your farm.
SPRAY APPLICATION RECORD template
Approved Suppliers must keep adequate records of applications of sprays used.
HARVEST RECORD TEMPLATE
Harvest records must be kept for traceability but can also be useful in tracking the productivity of certain blocks or varieties over time.
STORAGE RECORD TEMPLATE
Recrods of on farm Macadamia Nut storage must be kept for traceability.
FOOD SAFETY AUDIT CHECKLIST - FOR FARMS
The Food Safety Audit Checklist is based on a macadamia industry program that assists growers to set up and run their farm in a way that minimises risks to food safety. New growers can use the form to determine the level of record keeping and management that is required to supply your crop in accordance with industry standards.
