Investing for the future of macadamias

After a positive result in 2019 followed by strong sales and crop volumes in 2020, we are investing in our factory in Gympie to increase our macadamia value adding capability.
The half a million dollar upgrades currently underway will more than double our roasting capacity, with vastly improved margins and efficiencies, and allow us meet the strong demand from our customers.

Thanks to Suncoast Gold shareholders and macadamia growers, the Matsen Family, from Mackay region for dropping into the factory this week for a visit and quick tour.

As they live so far from the main growing regions, its fantastic for them to see how the process works from delivery and sampling through to sorted kernel and packaging.

Great news for Bundaberg Growers.

Harvest is well underway and as we begin to dry the macadamia’s delivered by our growers, we will soon begin 🌰⚡️CRACKING⚡️🌰 and 📦 PACKING 📦 for the 2022 SEASON.

We are looking for some new new team members to join our large team of experienced food processing/manufacturing staff who will be coming back for another season.

Team members are required in the following areas-
🌰Cracker Room
🌰Raw Sorting
🌰Packing / Forklift Operator

These roles will suit applicants with a range of skills and work experiences including machine or plant operation, knowledge of safe work practices, attention to detail and teamwork.

We provide training and take entry-level applicants who show initiative and are keen to work.

Based at our factory in Gympie, Queensland commutable distance from Sunshine Coast /Hinterland
