Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our Gympie warehouse.

  • Monday–Thursday: Orders received before 2:00 pm are usually dispatched the next business day.
  • Friday: Orders received before 12:00 pm are usually dispatched the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Delivery

Delivery is handled through Australia Post or our selected courier partners. Typical delivery time is up to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or regional delivery restrictions. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

 

Returns

We do not offer refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact our office on the day you receive the goods so we can assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund as required by law.

To help us assess the issue promptly, please provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

 

Payment

Payments are processed securely at the time of ordering through our trusted online payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.
