Shipping
Most orders will be dispatched from our Gympie warehouse the next working day following when you place your order.
Orders are dispatched via Toll Ipec with delivery generally taking up to 7 business days from date of dispatch.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to refund any purchases.
If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact our office on the day of receipt of goods. Refunds may only be considered following approval of a product quality complaint.

Payment is made online via Credit or Debit card at the time of order via a secure site.
