All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without notice.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, and we do not guarantee that all content is error‑free.
3. Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact our office on the day you receive the goods so we can assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund as required by law.
To help us assess the issue promptly, please provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our Gympie warehouse.
- Monday–Thursday: Orders received before 2:00 pm are usually dispatched the next business day.
- Friday: Orders received before 12:00 pm are usually dispatched the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery
Delivery is handled through Australia Post or our selected courier partners. Typical delivery time is up to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or regional delivery restrictions. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Orders that are delayed or returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional fees for redelivery.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely at the time of ordering through our trusted online payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.
6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from delays in delivery, misuse of products, improper handling or storage, or circumstances beyond our control. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us so we can work together to resolve the issue. If the matter cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the parties may agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.
