site entry declaration for deliveries to site

Your safety, the safety of our staff and the safety of the community are important to us.

For safety and traceability purposes all persons entering the SGM site must first sign in.  If you have already booked a delivery and you are ready to attend the site you can sign in by clicking the link below or using the QR code at the entry gates.

 For site visitors OTHER THAN DELIVERIES or PICKUPS you will need to complete a full site entry visitor declaration 

You will NOT be allowed on site if

1. You have a fever, difficulty breathing, or flu like symptoms (such as coughing, sore throat and/or runny nose). – Please stay home if you are unwell.

2. In the past 14 days, had close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or been into a declared zone or venue that requires isolation.  If you have, please immediately self-isolate, do not attend our site until you can be medically approved that you are fit to attend this site. Do not have any close interaction with other Suncoast Gold Macadamia employees in this time period.

3. You have been informed that you should currently be in self-isolation or quarantine by a public health officer or border control officer or by a health professional. 

4. Have been in contact with a person who has returned from overseas in the past 14 days.  If you have, please immediately self-isolate, do not attend our site until you are able to confirm you are safe to attend this site. Do not have any close interaction with any  Suncoast Gold Macadamia employees in this time period.  

You must notify us immediately if your circumstances change.
